In other news, my human mom ran a GREAT race today, and ran a PB (Personal Best) for the half-marathon. She is very slow, so her time isn't that impressive, but for her it was fast! She ran the half-marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 kilometres) in 2:31:18 (2 hours, 31 minutes, 18 seconds). Her previous best personal time for a half-marathon was 2:35:40, so she is absolutely delighted!

Congratulations to your mom. The maid says that time is very good! She had been running marathons and half marathons herself she said. We don't really understand that marathon thing....

Also, your human did really well in that marathon. You know, she isn't that slow - my humans did WALK the Wight which is 14 miles and it took them 6 HOURS!!!! So, running a marathon of the same distance in just over two is pretty impressive if you ask me! xx

Congradulashons to yoor mom on her personal best! Yoo look like yoo is haffing fun wif doze fev-ver toys. Mom sez dat it's grate to see yoor mussels and skin ripples when yoo play and dat she can match up some of out movements wif yoors and piksher our mussels unner da furs. Oh, and she was at da shelter yesterday and dat lady hadded her sphynx kitty der again so mom got to pet her again. Mom sez her name is Nefertiri's Suede Moon and dat da lady sed she is from Michigan! Dey just call her Tiri and she's a tuxie like yoo only she is mostly white wif a black saddle and mask!

PeeSss: Concatulations to your momma for achievin' her personal best in the 1/2 marathon. Mom's thinkin' 'bout doin' another one, but she only walks them ... and she's even slower than your mom by more than an hour.

Dear Dragonheart, we are so proud of your mom running! Our Lady has never run that far but it is usually a hard thing to keep up the dedication to be able to do that.
