Triathlon Sunday!
As most of you know, both of our humans run a lot - they especially enjoy running marathons (26.2 miles / 42.2 km) and half-marathons (13.1 miles / 21.1 km). Well today, our mom is competing in her first ever triathlon! She's doing a sprint triathlon, and it consists of: a 500m swim, a 20km bike, and a 5km run. She is excited, but nervous too.
