Here are some photos of both of us enjoying playing with some of our toys on our wooden floor. The wooden floors in our place are great for playing - lots of toys roll across its surface in a wonderful fashion! You can also see our wooden toy chest in the background, in three of the photos.
(For those of you who have never seen Sphynx before, we are CATS. Sphynx are a breed of hairless cats. We are very friendly, affectionate, outgoing and playful.)

Your wooden floor is pretty! Where I live they mostly use ceramic tile (maybe because of the humidity). I think toys are much more fun on a hard surface so they can roll and bounce all around.

Bet it's more fun playing on the wooden floor than on carpet.It's probably good for running and sliding on too.
I am sure our masters would love to slide around on wooden floors - but then they woodn't have warm carpet to sleep on.

How sweet. :-) believe it or not, when Caesar and I were kits, people thought we were dogs because our ears were way to big for us to look like kitties. A few times times people would come to our house and ask what kind of dogs we were.. *snicker*
Do you ever go sliding across the wooden floor when you are chasing a toy. WE do sometimes and it is tons of fun.
Most of our of our toys work better on wooden floors too.

You've got some great toys on that wooden floor! Very nice! We did wooden floor for our photo hunters today too. Daddy just put a new one down in the blurpy girl's room and we love to play on it already (and there aren't even any toys on it yet).

I have Tile Floors. They work just as well with toys.

Funny though my dogs hate playing on that smooth of a surface. Though I think its quite amusing that they slide so much.

Your wooden floor is a GREAT floor for playing..things skitter across it, and slide, and you can really get some momentum behind something whapped! I like your floor!
That floor is a good example of "wooden" We did something a little similar (well, the floor was part of our "wooden").
We love our wood floors too. A bit slipperry, but OH do the toys move great on it!
